National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE):
The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) is a survey mechanism used to measure the level of student participation at universities and colleges throughout the United States as it relates to learning and engagement. Each spring semester, senior and first-year students are asked to complete the NSSE. The pocket guides below provide an overview of survey results. Academic Advising Survey
Every Spring semester, FSU students are asked to complete a survey about their experience with academic advising. The findings are presented at the annual chairs/faculty retreat. The overall results are dis-aggregated and distributed to each department.

Undergraduate Student Exit Survey
Graduates participating in the Commencement ceremonies were asked to complete a brief survey about their overall experience at Framingham State University. The findings are presented at the annual chairs/faculty retreat. The overall results are dis-aggregated and distributed to each department.

Framingham State University distributes several surveys to graduates and recent graduates (one-year out and three-years out). Graduates were asked to complete a brief survey about their careers and lives six months since graduation from Framingham State University. Graduate Alumni Survey
Graduates were asked to complete a brief survey about their careers and lives since completing their graduate degree from Framingham State University. In the first implementation of the survey alumni that completed their graduate degree in the last three years were surveyed. The three graduating classes were used as a baseline. Moving forward the survey will be given to alumni one year after completing their graduate degree.
