Atomic Learning on-demand video tutorials provide faculty, students and staff with 24-7 access to over 205 common applications and technology resources including Blackboard Learn, Microsoft Office, Google, Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign, iPad training and many more. Log in to Atomic Learning from https://www.atomiclearning.com/login/framingham using your campus credentials to stay current with the latest technology applications and gain answers at your own pace to your common “how to” technology questions.

ITS provides centralized technology support to the FSU community via phone, email, walk-in locations and our online portal. There are two locations on campus that offer in-person support with extended hours designed to meet the technology support needs of the campus community. The Technology Resource Center is located in the Henry Whittemore Library - Lower Mezzanine.

New Banner Users (users NEW to Banner and/or to FSU) are asked to complete the 3 steps outlined below to gain access to the Unified Digital Campus System called Banner. This includes the completion of Banner Self-paced General Navigation training available on Atomic Learning.
